RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility:
Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. Items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to final sale items, personalized or custom-made products, undergarments, swimwear, socks, and accessories for hygiene reasons.
Defective or Damaged Items:
In the rare case of a defective or damaged item, customers must notify our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and offer a replacement or refund after review of the issue.
Return Process:
Customers wishing to return an item must first contact our support team to initiate the return process. A return shipping label will be provided, and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise covered by the company.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all labels and tags still attached. Items showing signs of wear or use may be subject to rejection or a partial refund.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Customers are eligible for an exchange if the returned item is in good condition. Exchanges must be for an item of equal or higher value, with any price difference paid by the customer. Exchanges will be provided in the form of a promotional code, redeemable for future purchases.
Online Exchanges:
For online exchanges, the replacement product will be dispatched only once the returned item has been received and inspected. If any damage occurs during return shipping, the company reserves the right to void the exchange.
In-Store Exchanges:
Customers may choose to exchange their items at one of our physical store locations. However, if the exchange is made for an item of lower value, no refund for the price difference will be provided. For higher value items, the customer must pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs for online orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Additionally, if an online purchase is returned via a physical store, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Late or Partial Refunds:
If an item is returned outside of the 30-day window, or in a condition that is not deemed acceptable, a partial refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.
Gift Returns:
Items purchased as gifts can be returned by the recipient for an exchange or store credit. Refunds, however, will only be issued to the original purchaser.
